Today, I attended the AWANA conference. I was asleep for most of it, but I wasn't the only one sleeping, so it was OK? Hahaha...

After a long, grueling day, we stopped by Union City to grab some grub. Isabel needed to purchase some materials for crafts, so we went to Michael's. As I was walking around the aisles, I came face to face with Billy Ku, armed with a tall bamboo pole. He declared, "I am Donatello," and I thought he was a big time dork. Like any 12...errrr...21 year old, I was not going to back down from this challenge, and so I proceeded to pick up another bamboo pole and duel this shek. After a while, we decided to stop, but before Billy put his stick away, I took a cheap shot at him. Billy didn't take that very well, and he lunged at me. With my lightning-quick, cat-like reflexes, I clumsily bumped into a display of vases...and I saw two glass vases fall in slow motion...CRASH! Isabel and Martin saw this, turned around, and pretended not to know Billy and me. I was pretty shocked and embarrassed... I felt really guilty (like a little boy caught red-handed stealing cookies from the cookie jar), so I went and paid for the vases. They were $55.00 a piece. I was sad. Thankfully, we were at Michael's and the vases really cost $5.50 a piece. Hahaha...

Am I really a senior???
